Hear, hear. Is more important MSF get their doctors in (they’ve been turned away from landing at PaP a few times now) than another handful of photographers get into the country. There are plenty there already, many of whom were already there covering the place.

The “burden aspect” is just common sense. I heard one report where Haitians were (rightfully) telling photographers to fuck themselves, put their cameras down and dig.
