What a difference a song can make?
I’m not sure if I love this audio slideshow more for the photos than for the sound of the crackle as the vinyl passes under the needle. As someone who was practically brought up in Robs record mart (where I first found Nick Drake at the bottem of a precariously piled stack of records aged 13) this sound is as close to religious comfort as I get.
Amercan Detail by Lou Siroy is another Foto8 audio slideshow, proving once again that this is a wonderful, thought provoking way to present photography and audio.
