Jane White posted this on October 8th, 2008 Enough death and destruction – here’s a completely feelgood slideshow documenting the tradition of the block party in Chicago. Photographs are by E. Jason Wambsgans of the Chicago Tribune. Just ordinary people talking about community, friendship and food.
