What happens when a young woman faces serious complications during labour in a remote corner of war-torn Democratic Republic of the Congo?  This film follows Sam Perkins, the MSF midwife whose team receive the emergency call to bring Zawadi for treatment at the only free maternity hospital for miles.

This was one of four photofilms produced by duckrabbit for MSF’s fundraising and awareness campaign, MSF delivers.
